Cryin' the Blues in the Record Industry

The American Bar Association's online ABA Journal has an interesting article about the ongoing battle the recording industry wages against unauthorized music file sharing. According to the article, the record companies primarily blame digital file sharing for a 50 percent drop in CD sales over an eight-year period. And the well publicized lawsuits against music copyright infringers appear to have had only a temporary impact.
